Alastair M Taylor – Chairman

As UniRisX Chairman Alastair brings with him a wealth of experience gained from over 30 years in the IT & Financial Services industry. Alastair served as a Corporate Officer on the Executive Board of the Unisys Corporation, with full line responsibility for Unisys Financial Services market, worldwide a $2.5Bn business.

Alastair has responsibility for leading and managing the UniRisX Board in order to provide clear focus towards the wide range of UniRisX business interests around the World.

Andrew Philpott – Operations Director

Andrew enjoys widespread industry recognition for his experience in running successful IT operations on a global basis. Brought into UniRisX in late 2000, Andrew set up the UniRisX operational managed service from scratch and grew the delivery capability through a new offshore centre in India. Andrew was part of the MBO of UniRisX in April 2004.

As Operations Director Andrew is responsible for the day to day operations of the global UniRisX service and the ongoing development of the intellectual capital that sits behind the UniRisX service.

Tony Ferguson – Global Strategy Director

 

Tony joined UniRisX in November 2005 as Global Strategy Director and is responsible for developing the UniRisX proposition into new international markets. Tony has a distinguished international development background; he has previously implemented solutions for Financial Services companies in the UK, Ireland, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Iceland, South Africa, Cyprus, Greece, Turkey, Slovenia, Croatia, Jordan and Oman.

 

Tony was previously a Partner in the Banking Practice at Unisys and was ultimately Head of the Customer Contact Solutions Practice for Unisys in Europe. An authority on Distribution in Financial Services, Tony has spoken at conferences world-wide and has had many papers published.

Manjit Rana - Sales Director

 

With over 20 year experience of supplying technology / e-business based solutions to the insurance and Financial services market sector, Manjit has built over a dozen sales operations and launched a number of businesses. An innovative and creative thinker, renowened for thinking "outside of the box" and translating intellectual ideas into business porpositions. Manjit has operated at a senior level in various types of organisations in the UK, Europe, the USA and the Asia Pacific Region, ranging from complete start-ups to large multi-national coporporations

He has worked at a senio level in organisations including the Misys group, CSC, Fujitsu Consulting, Delphi Cimputer Services inc, Netik Inc and Focus Solutions group plc.

Matthew Priestley – Solutions Director

Since joining the UniRisX team in 2000 Matthew has worked with leading insurance experts to develop many of the technical components behind the UniRisX service offering. Matthew was part of the MBO of UniRisX in April 2004 and is based in the UK.

Matthew continues to build strong relationships with large international clients and is regularly to be found providing demonstrations at the board level of top insurance companies.
