Ms. Madden has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial markets. Prior to joining Unirisx as Non-Executive Chairman—London Markets, Marion served as Group COO at RJ Kiln & Co. Ltd, one of the largest managing agents operating in the Lloyd’s insurance market, where she developed the company’s global IT strategy.
After beginning her career at NatWest, a global financial services provider, Ms. Madden spent 12 years with American Express where she was Senior Vice President of Global Re-Engineering. In 2002 she moved to Royal Sun and Alliance, responsible for change management programs.
